2026 Memorial Day Tournament

One of WCP Tournaments most popular event each year! Our five Bend/LaPine high schools host 320 teams that generate over $3,000,000 annually to the local economy. Volunteers and Student Athletes assist with field care, site supervision, and game officiating. This partnership brings more than $50,000 in combined revenue to the high school baseball programs and allows Student Athletes the opportunity to be a part of the baseball community.

GENERAL INFORMATION

4 GAME GUARANTEE
Divisions will be pre-segmented into Majors and AAA
**If not at least 4 teams in a segmented division, we will combo for pool play
**Only Championship Bracket will receive Awards Packages (no Silver or Consolation brackets)
(Premium Team 1st Place, Premium Team 2nd Place, Premium Individual 1st Place awards, Premium Individual 2nd place awards)

ENTRY FEE:
9u/10u: $1,100
11u/12u: $1,150
13u: $1,250 (13u Majors will play 60/90, AAA/AA will play 54/80)
14u: $1,250

*Baseballs will be provided
*Entry fees do not include transaction and/or registration fees

FORMAT: Mainly 16 team Bracket Play in each segmented division, however, some divisions may have Pool Play Saturday and Sunday with Playoffs Monday.
**Some divisions may use different formats depending on the number of teams entered, field slots available, etc.**

ENTRY DEADLINE: This event is first come, first serve. Once we reach capacity in a division, PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED to continue to hold a spot in the event. This could be as early as October/November timeframe depending on the division.

SCHEDULES AVAILABLE No later than 5pm on Tuesday before the event

GATE FEES: There are no gate fees at this event

LODGING: All WCP events operate under a "Stay to Play" program, please book all lodging through Event Connect via the lodging link on each tournament website. We are very flexible with this program, so if you are interested in opting out please let us know and we can discuss.
***LODGING BUYOUT*** - If your team would like to opt out of the Stay to Play program, you can request to do so by emailing drewr@wcptournaments.com. This will carry a $350 Surcharge that will be added to your team's invoice.
